This includes participating in and (as needed) leading harvest in the static and automated greenhouses and routinely processing harvested plants on threshing equipment and by hand.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Support the Static Harvest Pipeline</p> <ul> <li> <p>Participate daily in harvesting corn, cotton, and sorghum from static greenhouses. Lead static harvest activities as needed, working alongside or in place of the Static Harvest Lead.</p> </li><li> <p>Process plants using threshing equipment or by hand, ensuring deadlines are met and plant identity is accurately maintained.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the lead for select lower-volume pipelines, including planning, harvesting, and processing, with support from team members as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate issues, delays, or questions to the Static Harvest Lead promptly.</p> </li></ul> <p>Support the Automation Harvest Pipeline</p> <ul> <li> <p>1-2 times per week, participate in harvesting soybeans & wheat out of the automated greenhouses.
