<p>Nature of Work</p> <p>As a Programmer Analyst, you will analyze business and system requirements to design and develop new programs or enhance existing applications. You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and perform unit and system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you participate in project and team meetings to define, build, and deliver solutions. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, including coding standards, system workflows, and user guides. Additional responsibilities include participating in data cleansing, migration, and transformation efforts during system upgrades or implementations, and monitoring and maintaining existing systems and processes to ensure stability and continuous improvement. You will also engage in continuous learning through on-the-job training and self-guided study using online resources and other tools.</p> <p>Preferred experience includes web development using C#, jQuery, MVC, .NET Framework, and Visual Studio. Familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PL/SQL, and stored procedures is valuable. Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Cognos, as well as data analysis, is beneficial. Knowledge of systems like Microfocus COBOL is helpful, along with Team Foundation Server (TFS). A strong foundation in system analysis, use case testing, and software design is also important.</p> <p>This position performs related work as needed and an irregular work schedule may be required to meet project demands or support critical deployments.</p> <p>Click The APPLY Link To Apply Online.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Training:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or related field including but not limited to business data programming, business systems analysis, computer accounting, computer and information systems, computer servicing technologies, information systems management, data processing, or computer engineering.</p> <p>OR</p> <p>An Associate's degree from an accredited college, university or business school in computer science or related field including but not limited to business data programming, business systems analysis, computer accounting, computer and information systems, computer servicing technologies, information systems management, data processing, or computer engineering and eighteen months of full-time or equivalent part-time paid computer programming experience in one or more programming or data base languages.</p> <p>Substitution:Three years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid computer programming experience in one or more programming or data base languages may substitute for the required training.</p> <p>Experience:Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid computer programming experience in one or more programming or data base languages, including one year of analysis work.</p> <p>Other Information</p> <p>A Master's Degree in computer science or related field including but not limited to business data programming, business systems analysis, computer accounting, computer and information systems, computer servicing technologies, information systems management, data processing, or computer engineering would be equivalent to 2 years of the required experience.</p>
