Please visit our website at https://nursing.uncg.edu.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Office Manager for Minerva Mobile Health plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of a mobile healthcare delivery program that serves underserved communities and provides clinical training for nursing students. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational coordination of the mobile clinic, supporting clinical workflows, and assisting with program development and evaluation. Works closely with the Project Manager. A valid North Carolina driver's license is required.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND ONE YEAR OF RELATED OFFICE EXPERIENCE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.</p> <p>Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field preferred. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or community-based setting. </li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn electronic health record systems. </li><li>Ability to work independently, problem-solve in dynamic environments, and support a diverse team. </li><li>Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends during special events or mobile clinic service hours. </li><li>Experience with community health or mobile clinic settings. </li><li>Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA, and healthcare billing procedures. </li></ul> <p>Alternate Option</p> <p>If no applicants apply who meet the required competency level and training & experience requirements, then management may consider other applicants.
