<p>Piper Companies is seeking a Sr. Application Developer (Master Data Management) for an established financial organization. This is a full-time/direct hire opportunity. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site in either Charlotte, NC, Fort Wayne, IN, Greensboro, NC, or Radnor, PA).</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design, build, and support MDM solutions in a Talend environment. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive data quality initiatives. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in complex data systems. </li><li>Develop scripts and automation for data processing and system maintenance. </li><li>Support Agile development cycles and contribute to process improvements. </li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field. </li><li>5+ years of experience in application or data development. </li><li>Proficiency in Talend (or similar ETL/MDM tools), SQL, Java, Unix shell scripting. </li><li>Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, EMR, Lambda, RDS, etc.). </li><li>Experience with REST APIs and Hadoop/HDFS. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Spark, Hive, Sqoop, Pig, Python, Presto SQL, Informatica, and AutoSys. </li><li>Agile development experience. </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Annual Salary: $140,000 plus bonus </li><li>Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO & holidays, sick leave as required by law </li></ul> <p>This job opens for applications on 6/3/2025.
