We're looking for candidates with hands-on experience in both operational and project-based tech environments to help drive efficiencies and support our day-to-day operations.</p> <p>Responsibilities of this position will include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Complete the ongoing operational tasks for projects, including but not limited to: project processing, report generation, data verification and distribution, web testing, web site content updates, data-related activities such as data file loads and data troubleshooting.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the timely receipt and processing of all customer data and downstream application updates.</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively evaluate existing processes and aid in implementing improvements that drive efficiency and accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete documentation for new features/procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with the Customer Technology Manager on program status, issues and changes.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and respond to inquiries and escalations related to projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot production data or site functionality issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Use SQL frequently to run ad-hoc reporting requests and research client questions and processing issues.</p> </li></ul> <p>Ideal candidates will possess the following requirements:</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS or 2-year technical degree preferred; or equivalent experience. </li><li>Understanding of software development process. </li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Experience with SQL and MS office tools. </li><li>Process oriented, with strong attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and assignments. </li></ul> <p>https://www.biworldwide.com/careers/benefits-page/</p>
