We are a member of the nationwide Trinity Health family, bringing compassionate care to our communities.</p> <p>Position Purpose</p> <p>The Anesthesia Equipment Aide expected to adhere to established procedures. Perform a variety of duties necessary to maintain and prepare anesthesia equipment and supplies utilized by the Department of Anesthesia at MMC and FLC.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Monitors inventory levels, orders and restocks supplies as necessary. </li><li>Maintains quality control data related to recording of items cleaned, supplies used, as well as broken and damaged items. </li><li>Provides patient-centered experiences through scholarly scientific inquiry, compassion for the human spirit and mind, advocacy and education for the patient and families, and collaboration with all those who touch our patients. </li><li>Uses critical thinking skills to resolve complex procedural situations & have the ability to handle emergency high stress situations during high-risk procedures. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Education: Highschool Diploma or Equivalent required. </li><li>Basic understanding of medical terminology. </li><li>One-year diverse experience in Acute Care setting. </li></ul> <p>Position Highlights and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Full-Time, 40 Hours- Day Shift </li><li>Health Insurance Coverage _ START DAY ONE </li><li>Career growth and advancement potential </li><li>Flexible Schedule </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.10/hr</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
