We are looking for a part-time Cook to bring their culinary talents to Saint Therese Westlake. This campus has 33 beds for Memory Care and Assisted Living.</p> <p>Part-time position working 1:00pm - 6:00pm, including working every other weekend and every other holiday (max of 60 hours per pay period)</p> <p>The Cook position is responsible for creating high-quality meals for our residents, ensuring that all food is crafted to meet established state and local food codes, regulations, and best practices. This role involves meticulous attention to detail in meal preparation to maintain the highest standards of nutrition and safety.</p> <p>Job duties encompass a range of responsibilities including cooking and baking, as well as cleaning equipment and maintaining operations. You will prepare both hot and cold meals for residents and manage the food service for special events, and carry out general cleaning tasks to ensure a well-organized kitchen environment.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education: High school diploma or GED. Vocational training in quantity food preparation is preferred. Serve Safe certification is required.</p> <p>Experience: Minimum of one year cooking experience.
