<p>As the Associate Manager of Continuous Improvement, you will serve as a key advisor to the Merchandising department, focusing on supplier performance, product quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll conduct supplier audits, analyze return data, and work closely with vendors to implement corrective actions and process enhancements.
