<p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with business users to gather and understand reporting and visualization needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Design user-centric, interactive, and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across dashboards.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with global development teams to implement designs and support the delivery of production-ready dashboards.</p> </li><li> <p>Continuously improve dashboard layouts and data visualizations based on user feedback.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications, Skills and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Degree from 4 year university in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field a must; Master Degree in STEM area of concentrate strongly preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on Power BI dashboards and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience collaborating with business users and cross-functional teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to translate complex data and requirements into clear, actionable visuals.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain is preferred but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>An energetic, entrepreneurial attitude</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work onsite in office a minimum of 4 days a week</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Familiarity with other visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.) is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of agile project methodologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of data modeling concepts within Power BI.</p> </li></ul> <p>This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
