From part-time roles to executive leadership positions, Teachers offers a wide range of meaningful career opportunities.</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Leads and manages commercial lending activity for Teachers.</p> <p>Qualifications & Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field required. </li><li>Minimum of ten years of lending experience with at least five years of management experience </li><li>Knowledge of lending principles and practices; Federal and state lending regulations and requirements, Collections practices, policies and procedures, bankruptcy and automated lending systems </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required </li><li>Strong oral/written communication, interpersonal, management, negotiating, analytical, problem-solving and multitasking skills, and detail orientation required </li></ul> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Establishes and manages lending objectives, targets, strategies, and practices to achieve organizational financial, growth, and service goals </li><li>Seeks out new business opportunities and develops strategies to expand existing business </li><li>Manages the maintenance and servicing of existing commercial loan portfolio. </li><li>Conducts thorough financial analysis of prospective borrowers, including reviewing income statements, cash flow projections, and credit reports to determine creditworthiness </li><li>Designs customized loan packages based on client needs, including loan amount, interest rates, repayment terms, and collateral requirements </li><li>Evaluates loan applications, assessing risks, and making informed lending decisions within established credit policies </li><li>Monitors existing loan portfolios, reviewing financial updates from borrowers, and taking proactive measures to manage credit risk </li><li>Maintains ongoing communication with clients, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service </li><li>Prepares loan documentation, coordinating with legal counsel, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements during the loan closing process </li><li>Adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal risk and operating policies and procedures </li><li>Builds a high-performance lending team with individual coaching and professional development opportunities </li></ul> <p>Benefits of Joining the Teachers Team:</p> <p>We provide a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Paid time off for vacation, personal days, and holidays </li><li>401(k) company contribution </li><li>Teachers pays 100% of Dental & Vision premium </li><li>Tuition reimbursement is offered to full-time employees </li><li>Exclusive employee discount of 0.96% APR on credit card loans and a 1.00% APR on all other loans through Teachers </li></ul> <p>The good faith range for this position is $195,000 to $255,000 annually. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs.
