<p>Luck Stone Leesburg Plant is seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join their 2nd Shift team. Production is the core of our business. Our Plant Operators monitor our crushers, conveyors, screens, feeders, and bins to maximize production and provide quality products. Since safety is a top priority at Luck, much of your responsibility will focus on ensuring that our equipment and machinery remain in top-notch condition through hands-on maintenance.</p> <p>Shift hours: Mon-Fri 6:00-4:00pm</p> <p>Duties include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Pre-shift inspection of the plant </li><li>Assist with preventative and reactive maintenance: changing screens, greasing, changing rollers, belt splices, rebuilding crushers, welding, and fabrication </li><li>Consistently inspect and monitor plant to ensure proper operation </li><li>Assists with other site projects as requested by managment and team members </li><li>Flexibility to assist team members as needed with other projects </li><li>Aiding coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience operating and/or performing hands on maintenance in a similar environment </li><li>Mechanically inclined with proven work experience </li><li>Basic welding or torch skills preferred </li><li>Passion for learning </li><li>Comfortable working from elevated platforms and other heights without fear </li></ul> <p>Pay starts at $27.31 per hour and could increase upon skills and experience evaluation from management during the interview process.</p> <p>Benefits start on day 1 of employment and include:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability </li><li>Paid time off: personal, vacation, holidays, 5 well being days </li><li>Matching 401K and retirement pension </li></ul> <p>Luck Companies is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
