We strive to offer better living opportunities for individual families, which ultimately improve the lives in the communities we serve!</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities: The Onsite Leasing Ambassador (BTR) is primarily responsible for acting as the face of the community.</p> <p>Primary duties will include:</p> <ul> <li>Ensuring the community and homes are prepared for daily leasing activities. </li><li>Welcoming prospects and guiding them through community and home tours. </li><li>Providing information on the leasing process and answering community-related inquiries via telephone, in person and email. </li><li>Utilizing property management software (Quickbase, MRI, CMS, Birdeye Reputation Management etc.) to manage social media, reputation management, resident and prospect data efficiently. </li><li>Conduct in person move in welcome visits. </li><li>Following up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships. </li><li>Respond promptly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and take proactive actions to resolve issues. </li><li>Participate in weekly feedback with upper leadership regarding prospect interest and communicate any challenges observed. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Associates degree or higher is preferred, but not required. </li><li>1 or more years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Customer Service </li><li>Knowledge in fair housing and local real estate laws, is preferred. </li><li>Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; advanced preferred </li><li>Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills in fast paced environment </li><li>Detail oriented, with the ability to produce high quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and an ability to multi-task </li><li>Ability to thrive in a high volume, data entry and processing work environment </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Act as an onsite leasing representative of Maymont Homes at our model home. </li><li>Other duties, as assigned by supervisor or leadership team. </li></ul> <p>Key Metrics & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lease an assigned number of homes per month, subject to property availability. </li></ul> <p>Why work for Maymont Homes ?</p> <p>Our Mission - "We Positively Impact the Lives in the Communities We Serve".
