<p>Mdf commerce Inc. is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.</p> <p>Working in the Choose one solution. sector for our new brand SOVRA, we are currently looking for an Instructional Designer. to join our Designer team team at Periscope.</p> <p>What will your main responsibilities look like?</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with other training team members to design and produce multimedia training courses, modules, learning journeys and other instructional content. </li><li>Work with internal subject matter experts to conduct learning needs analysis and capture software functionality. </li><li>Develop assessments to drive learner comprehension and retention of information. </li><li>Leverage various technologies to enhance and deliver training materials. </li><li>Regularly evaluate and update existing training materials. </li><li>Ensure alignment with brand and quality control standards. </li><li>Own instructional content creation from concept to completion. </li></ul> <p>What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?</p> <ul> <li>Excellent writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail. </li><li>Experience in instructional content design and graphic design. </li><li>Quick learner when faced with complex problems and quick to adapt to change. </li><li>Proficient with Rise 360 and Adobe products. </li><li>Ability to observe a process, take notes, write scripts and record voice-overs as needed. </li><li>Has good judgment on how potential creative and design ideas will work within the program. </li><li>Ability to think independently but present ideas or changes thoughtfully for team approval. </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects at once. </li><li>Knowledge of adult learning methodology. </li><li>Knowledge of SaaS and experience with an LMS or DAP, an asset. </li><li>Ability to deliver scripts on camera and edit simple videos, an asset. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. </li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. </li><li>Experience with technical writing an asset. </li><li>Bilingual English and French is an asset. </li></ul> <p>Our offer:</p> <ul> <li>A flexible work schedule (40 hours/week). </li><li>Work equipment provided while working from home. </li><li>Competitive benefits, 401K, and compensation programs. </li><li>Flexible paid vacation, personal, and sick days off. </li><li>Closed office during the holidays-Paid vacations between Christmas and New Year's Day. </li></ul> <p>Thank you for your interest in mdf commerce.
