The Material Handler must adhere to EHS policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.</p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance to all EHS policies and procedures. </li><li>Move, stack, and store material and finished products. </li><li>Operate forklift daily, as needed </li><li>Operate stretch wrap machine, as needed </li><li>Keep work area clean and neat throughout the shift. </li><li>Supply machines with required and correct materials. </li><li>Communicate with Production Coordinator daily. </li><li>Respond to line breaks and board buckles. </li><li>Place finished products in designated rows neatly and evenly. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED with previous manufacturing facility experience is preferred. </li><li>Basic math skills required. </li><li>Accurately document and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). </li><li>Proficient in the safe use of utility knives, hand and automatic banders, band cutters, staple gun, shrink wrapper and radial saw. </li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required. </li><li>Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. </li><li>The volume of work requires the handling of multiple tasks on multiple products. </li></ul>
