In this role, you will support the Education Council committee by coordinating agendas, scheduling speakers, recording meeting minutes, and completing follow-up after meetings. Your efforts will focus on developing systems and procedures to enhance patient care within the Cleveland Clinic while providing numerous opportunities to advance your skills through extensive hands-on experience and contribute to the future of healthcare.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with one day per week at the Main Campus and four days remote.</p> <p>During the new hire period, the role requires on-site work three days per week.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Allocate time to meet completion requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training</p> </li><li> <p>OR Associate's Degree and four years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>OR Master's Degree and one year of experience</p> </li><li> <p>OR High School Diploma / GED and six years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in healthcare setting</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge with Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Word and Teams</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel throughout the hospital system</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Minimum Annual Salary: $52,270.00</p> <p>Maximum Annual Salary: $79,727.50</p> <p>The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
