<p>Tom Wood Lexus located in Indianapolis, IN is currently searching for a Used Car Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with deep automotive knowledge, an understanding of luxury clientele, and the ability to drive exceptional customer experiences while maximizing profitability.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Track all Used cars as they go through reconditioning: Use Rapid Recon software to track all vehicles and ensure they get through the shop to frontline within 5 business days. Ensure notes are input in system with updated timelines/ time frames of repair eta </li><li>Write Repair Orders and monitor recon costs </li><li>Close Repair Order tickets on used cars </li><li>Quality Control Checks: Check all vehicles as they are finishing the process for QC checks to ensure they are front row ready to sell </li><li>Pictures of Inventory/ post: Take a minimum of 35 pictures on all used vehicles along with a co video and upload to V Auto, initial and full set pictures required </li><li>Upload Auto I packet information and inspection forms for all used cars </li><li>Appraisals: Appraise vehicles and work with the sales team / used car manager for Acquisition opportunities </li><li>Descriptions: Upload unique descriptions to used inventory to enhance SEO opportunities </li><li>Communicate: Communicate with all sales team members to ensure cohesiveness </li><li>Responsible for dropping/ picking up used cars at off-site locations </li><li>Effectively communicate with used car team: including used car technician, used car manager and team leads </li><li>Pricing: Adjust pricing as needed and initial pricing in V Auto based on market supply/ demand </li><li>Lot: Assist on the lot as needed, moving vehicles, assisting the sales team </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on used cars </li><li>Skills Required: Strong CRM, organizational, and communication skills are required </li><li>Analytical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts, demonstrating exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Team Management: Proven ability to successfully manage diverse teams within the store, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>PTO & Vacation </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Medical </li><li>Dental </li><li>Vision </li><li>401k with Company Match </li><li>Life </li><li>Disability </li><li>Training </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li><li>Service Awards </li><li>Career Advancement </li><li>Wisely & DailyPay </li></ul> <p>About Tom Wood Group</p> <p>The Tom Wood Group is proud to be family-owned and locally operated for over 50 years.
