<p>Job Purpose</p> <p>We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to assist in the modernization of a multi-state, multi-FEIN payroll department. Utilizing key skills such as time management, attention to detail, and effective communication, you will be responsible for the day-to-day system maintenance and payroll processing activities for assigned pay groups from start to finish.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Handle day to day payroll processing in ADP Vantage. </li><li>Calculate, confirm and transmit payrolls for each assigned pay group. </li><li>Process data changes including new hires, pay rate changes, terminations, etc. </li><li>Respond to payroll related inquiries and collaborate with partners to resolve discrepancies. </li><li>Maintain accurate payroll records and handle confidential information with discretion. </li><li>Assist the team in identifying and implementing process improvement and efficiencies. </li><li>1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in handling payroll operations, multi-state experience a plus! </li><li>Knowledgeable in end-to-end payroll and an understanding of payroll's best practices. </li><li>Detailed oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. </li><li>Familiarity with payroll software and systems, preferably ADP Vantage. </li><li>Capacity to work independently and as an effective team member </li><li>Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. </li></ul>
