This position includes receiving, organizing, kitting, and transporting raw materials and tooling for the Pressing Department.</p> <p>Job Description and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Safely and efficiently transport powders, raw materials, to the Pressing Department </li><li>Assist in tracking inventory levels of raw materials, intermediate products, ensuring that materials are properly accounted for and readily available for production needs </li><li>Unload deliveries of raw materials, inspect incoming shipments for quantity and quality, and verify against purchase orders and packing slips </li><li>Ensure materials are properly stored in designated areas, adhering to safety guidelines and preventing contamination or damage to powders </li><li>Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely </li><li>Kit production runs based on the production schedule ensuring that material orders are ready and no down time. </li><li>Support Pressing Department by ensuring that materials are delivered to machines in a timely manner </li><li>Monitor the condition of materials and report any discrepancies, damage or issues that could affect production quality or safety </li><li>Maintain accurate records of material movements, inventory transactions, and material usage </li><li>Complete documentation in SAP, MII. </li><li>Collect and properly dispose of scarp materials or waste generated during the production process, in accordance with environmental and safety regulations </li></ul> <p>Due to the nature of the operations at this facility, consideration as an applicant is limited to individuals who are either a US Citizen or a US Permanent Resident.
