<p>Overview</p> <p>Champion Window - Field Marketing Manager</p> <p>As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, developing and managing local partnerships, shows/events, canvassing, and field marketing efforts focused on lead generation.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Research, register and coordinate events, sponsorships, canvassing, and local engagement efforts </li><li>Engage potential customers and schedule in-home consultations with Champion Sales Representatives </li><li>Develop training programs for existing local staff and new hires </li><li>Engaging with homeowners in local neighborhoods where Champion has recently completed home-improvement projects </li><li>Hire, train and maintain team of field marketers across multiple locations </li><li>Manage provided budgets to maximize ROI </li><li>Determine and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with the VP of Marketing </li><li>Manage and approve payroll entries and updates </li><li>Contribute content social media and company culture efforts </li><li>Evaluate data and results to identify areas of improvement </li><li>Conduct performance reviews with field marketing team </li><li>Support Corporate Marketing functions where necessar </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside sales </li><li>Associate degree in business management or related field </li><li>Prior experience in construction industry and/or lead generation industries preferred </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication </li><li>Strong organizational skills </li><li>Able to oversee budgets and develop reports </li><li>Ability to lead a team of field marketers </li><li>Ability to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers </li><li>Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours </li><li>Must hold a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel using person vehicle </li><li>Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends </li></ul> <p>Champion Window is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer</p> <p>Today & Every Day, CHAMPION Thanks Our Veterans!
