Any changes to these work locations must follow the appropriate process as outlined in our handbook.</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <p>As a part of Ministry Brands, we are a fast-growing, globally recognized background screening company accredited by the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) with locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Tampa, Florida.? We currently have an opening for a Manager leading our Drug & Occupational Health team in our Services & Fulfillment department.?Our purpose is to be the trusted voice in background screening by providing a unique experience that conveys our visionary leadership, passion for service, and commitment to excellence.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage a team of Background Screening Specialists responsible for verifying drug and occupational health records</p> </li><li> <p>Provide coaching and feedback in regular one on ones with Associates</p> </li><li> <p>Assess, propose, enhance, implement/process and analyze KPIs needed to optimize team performance and client experiences</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate team activities against KPI's</p> </li><li> <p>Manages critical customer issues and expectations</p> </li><li> <p>Guides team to accomplish goals that are set</p> </li><li> <p>Estimates headcount and assigns work to meet these needs</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in performance management and evaluations of team members</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in hiring of team members</p> </li><li> <p>Identifies gaps in Drug Testing & Occupational Health processes and service quality skills and recommends solutions to improve client experience and team performance</p> </li><li> <p>Participates as a member of Operations management team, collaborating with other managers and leaders to communicate status, solve issues affecting more than one department and implement solutions needing cross-functional involvement to attain joint objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Manages vendor relationships by developing partnerships, resolving issues, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborates with Sales and Relationship Management teams to develop product recommendations, optimize pricing strategies, and support client-focused solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and develop culture, norms, and a high-performance environment</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure proper setup of Company and client drug testing accounts and monitor test results</p> </li></ul> <p>Who you are</p> <ul> <li> <p>Requires 3+ years of related experience</p> </li><li> <p>Requires a Bachelor of Science degree or 2+ years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience</p> </li><li> <p>Previous management experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent decision-making ability</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team</p> </li><li> <p>Self-motivated and goal-oriented</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to handle conflict in a professional and efficient manner</p> </li><li> <p>Must be a team player; take ownership; and sustain optimism while focusing on the customer</p> </li><li> <p>Looks for way to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefit offerings designed to promote a life of balance!</p> <p>At Ministry Brands, we recognize that your career is just one important piece of your dynamic life.
