<p>Position Description:</p> <p>We are looking for Field Service I to deliver the exceptional customer service experience. This is an exciting opportunity with a leading manufacturer of stainless-steel sanitary processing equipment serving all industries used by all consumers, while working closely with a close-knit team to plan and accomplish all goals.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Below are examples of the type of duties you could be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Installs, repairs, maintains, directs specified testing of control, and trouble shoots stainless steel processing and storage equipment. </li><li>Ensures equipment runs at optimal levels and performs maintenance and repairs. </li><li>Responsible for setting up, checking, and correcting operational machinery and equipment. </li><li>Participates in the design, fabrication, installation, adjustment, qualification and operation of components and equipment systems </li><li>Assist the Aftermarket team by actively seeking new opportunities for spare parts, service, retrofits, etc. by having professional conversations with customers regarding their future and recommending improvements in customer processes. </li><li>Build and maintain sound business relationships and good public relations with customers to ensure their continued and/or increase business. </li><li>Accurate and timely job and cost reporting. </li><li>Perform TIG welding, grinding, fabrication blueprint reading, and work planning. </li><li>Establish contacts and relationships with customers in order to build/ maintain customer database </li><li>Assist in resolution of warranty problems to ensure customer satisfaction. </li><li>Inspect product at regular intervals and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation regarding assembly and inspection records and procedures. </li><li>Suggest methods improvements or alternate methods and materials to reduce cost and/or improve quality. </li><li>Mechanical construction, welding, fabricating, and grinding. </li><li>Travel is required for this position </li></ul>
