<p>Resource Innovations is seeking a New Homes Outreach Lead to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, UT. As a New Homes Outreach Lead with Resource Innovations, you will engage with builders, contractors, and other market actors in the Intermountain West region to promote utility rebate energy efficiency programs. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and technical expertise to deliver exceptional customer service.</p> <p>Resource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Think big-picture and support the energy savings goals of the programs we implement to influence homebuilders to build more efficient homes and participate in our programs. </li><li>Continually build relationships and maintain trust with homebuilders, contractors, raters, and other program and community partners. </li><li>Lead outreach efforts in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming to grow and maintain program participation. Up to 20% travel expected. </li><li>Assist homebuilders, contractors, and raters with program submissions, participation agreements, and other items that need to be addressed. Communicate effectively with these groups about program requirements and benefits. </li><li>Conduct training and educational efforts to promote energy efficiency programs. </li><li>Provide excellent customer service to clients, builders, contractors, raters, and delivery team members to address concerns and issues as they arise. </li><li>Oversee outreach reporting to client, builders, contractors, raters, and others as needed. </li><li>Forecast volumes of program submissions, energy savings, and incentives. </li><li>Become an expert on the energy efficiency programs and incentive offerings that we implement. </li><li>Support project analysis, development, and review. </li><li>Act as a residential new construction program subject matter expert and support business development. </li><li>Complete assignments and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul>
