<p>Responsibilities: To process and receive, materials and equipment, and maintain inventory control and records; perform related work.</p> <ul> <li>Completes accurate tally of goods and services received, which includes: weight, destination, and charges from bills of lading and shipper's declaration </li><li>Receives incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments from customers </li><li>Traces lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments; initiates retrieval of proof of delivery documents </li><li>Partner with inside sales to review and correct customer order discrepancies </li><li>Communicates with transport companies and suppliers in order to expedite, trace, or return merchandise that does not conform to specifications or purchase orders </li><li>Resolves discrepancies on the Metalware system or on manifest </li><li>Keeps records of materials received and uploads to the Imaging system for the team to access </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) </li><li>Related industry experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Possess effective communication skills, which include verbal and written </li><li>Must have experience with Microsoft Office </li><li>Willingness to learn mainframe program (Metalware) </li><li>Start time varies from 7am-8am with a consistent 8-hour-a-day schedule </li></ul> <p>We treat our employees right:</p> <p>We offer a full comprehensive benefits program with medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, short and long-term disability, paid vacation, PTO, 401(k) plans, and tuition reimbursement, among other competitive benefits.</p> <p>TW Metals, LLC. is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
