TYLin is expanding our Americas Region Alternative Delivery Practice and we're looking for a Business Development Lead Sponsor who can take our Design-Build (DB) efforts to the next level. This is more than just a leadership role - it's an opportunity to shape the future of infrastructure delivery across North America. This position can be based near any TYLin Office in the East Coast, Mid-Atlantic or West Coast Regions.</p> <p>Responsibilities & Qualifications</p> <p>What You'll Be Leading:</p> <ul> <li>Drive Strategy & Execution across multiple market sectors - including bridge, highway, rail, aviation, and connected communities. </li><li>Manage Full Project Lifecycles for complex DB initiatives from concept through construction. </li><li>Lead High-Impact Pursuits by building strategic pursuit teams, shaping pricing and contract terms, and forming successful joint ventures. </li><li>Forge Strong Relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams. </li><li>Promote TYLin's Expertise at industry events, through CRM-driven outreach, and by tapping into your proven business development track record. </li><li>Oversee Active DB Projects, ensuring client expectations are not only met but exceeded. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Business, or a related field (advanced credentials like PE, CCM, R.A., AICP, or DBIA are a big plus!) </li><li>15+ years of experience in the transportation sector with a strong focus on alternative delivery methods. </li><li>A proven history of business development success, winning and delivering major infrastructure projects. </li><li>Expertise in strategic teaming, pricing structures, and contract negotiations with top-tier transportation contractors. </li><li>An entrepreneurial mindset paired with high ethical standards and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style. </li><li>Client focus, always striving to give clients the best solutions. </li><li>Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges. </li><li>High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way. </li><li>Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $140,800 - $192,000 annually for this position and local market.
