<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Patient Identity Lead coordinates daily work flow in the work queues, monitors productivity and assists with more challenging contact moves/merges. The lead will handle time keeping, evaluations and assist in hiring and training of new staff. As there will be call required for all Identity staff/managers, the lead will take a rotation of call and be available during certain time frames to assist with more difficult cases. The lead position is a working lead and will be required to complete routine work as well.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Associates Degree with 5 years experience in HIM (Patient Identity) with at least 1 year in an administrative or supervisory capacity. Must have a current RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) or RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) certification from the American Health Information Management Association, plus excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>Experience with Epic for EMR</p> <p>Work Days:</p> <p>M-F 8:00 am-4:30pm, Ability to provide after hours support by telephone or remote connection</p> <p>Message to Applicants:</p> <p>Recruitment Office: Human Resources</p>
