In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to providing end-user support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all university colleges, departments, and labs are compliant with the latest security standards.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Coordinate and provide technical security uplift support to partner organizations. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues identified with the uplift effort. Deploy security applications to the target environments. Document technical issues and resolutions with the uplift. Coordinate with other IT staff to ensure a seamless security uplift process.
