Reporting to Manager, High Risk Field Operations, this individual has the ability to provide sound social work and social services leadership within their market and nationally. They will serve as a key member of the team to extend and enhance the expertise and impact of our social workers and social programs teams. This leader will spend approximately 30% of their time on leadership activities and 70% on direct clinical care.</p> <p>We are looking for a goal oriented, high energy leader with a passionate perspective that focuses on living organizational values, and has the ability to set the tone for a positive work culture.
