As of early 2024, we are supporting 3200+ schools in 60 countries.</p> <p>Veracross is five product brands in one global tech company</p> <ul> <li>Veracross SIS is a one-person, one-record school management platform </li><li>Magnus Health provides cloud-based Student Health Record (SHR) solutions </li><li>Digistorm connects with their communities through Digistorm Websites, Digistorm Funnel, and Digistorm Apps. </li><li>Epraise incentivizes student well-being and connects teachers, students, and families. </li><li>Firefly provides an online learning space for students and teachers </li></ul> <p>Position Description:</p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our portfolio of products with an emphasis on our Fintech products across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role will report directly to the Head of Global Product Marketing and play a pivotal role in aligning our product marketing strategy with the company's vision and global product roadmaps.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>GTM Strategy:</p> <ul> <li>Support the execution of product marketing and go-to-market strategies for our portfolio of products. </li><li>Product Launches: Drive demand, product adoption, and revenue growth through effective planning and management of product launches and enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. </li></ul> <p>Messaging and Positioning:</p> <ul> <li>Define, develop, and update product messaging, positioning, differentiators, and value propositions. </li><li>Customize product narratives to specific audience, persona and specific global markets, ensuring relevance and resonance. </li></ul> <p>Sales Enablement:</p> <ul> <li>Create sales enablement content tailored to key buying personas, including sales presentations, collateral, battle cards, product videos, and more. </li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the effective design and asset creation of sales enablement materials. </li></ul> <p>Market Intelligence:</p> <ul> <li>Develop market intelligence through competitive research, surveys, and interviews with key stakeholders. </li><li>Build expertise about the industry/market, customers, and competitive landscape to become the voice of the customer and inform product marketing strategies. </li></ul> <p>Collaboration:</p> <ul> <li>Work cross-functionally with other global marketing team members to execute and deliver impactful campaigns to support product launches that drive revenue growth in a competitive market. </li><li>Collaborate with marketing and demand-gen teams in the US, UK, and Australia to ensure coordinated global marketing efforts. </li></ul> <p>Performance Monitoring:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and report go-to-market performance, analyzing relevant KPIs to ensure goals are being met. </li></ul> <p>Additional Ad hoc projects as required</p>
