Sunday - Thursday, 10 pm - 6:30 am</p> <p>Main Responsibilities</p> <p>As a supervisor, you will oversee the manufacture of products by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring workflow and production activities as needed.</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and provide leadership to team members who operate automatic/manual equipment and forklifts or perform operations to dispense, manufacture, fill, and package products. </li><li>Follow the daily production schedule of products to be produced/packaged. </li><li>Ensure products are manufactured, packaged, and/or shipped according to the specifications on batch tickets. </li><li>Troubleshoot and solve production problems with equipment or processes </li><li>Provide on-the-job training to new and existing team members, following company SOPs, policies, and EHS practices. </li><li>Promote team safety and compliance with safety rules in work areas. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment. </li><li>Communicate with supervisors on other shifts. </li><li>Compliance with all Plant Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and Environmental and OSHA regulatory requirements </li><li>Prepare daily reports as directed by management. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of three years experience in a supervisory role </li><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent </li><li>Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively supervise and work with a diverse team. </li><li>Must be able to read, write, and speak English </li><li>Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills </li><li>Must be able to meet flexible work schedule demands </li><li>Wear specified personal protective equipment as needed, which may include steel/composite toe work boots, safety glasses, aprons, protective gloves or respirators, hoods, masks, face shields, etc., as required. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift heavy packages to 50 pounds </li><li>Push or pull up to 100 pounds. </li><li>Walk and/or stand for long periods regularly. </li></ul> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>55,000 - 90,000 per year</p>
