<p>Reporting to the Office of College Readiness and Transfer Success Leadership, the Transfer Support Advisor is responsible for the administration of transfer student services aimed at facilitating seamless transitions between higher education institutions. Through collaboration with Transfer Student Success professionals across OneUSF and St. Petersburg College, the advisor oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum and programs designed to motivate and prepare transfer students for their academic journey. By creating opportunities for increased knowledge of the transfer process, the advisor ensures an efficient student experience with measurable outcomes.
