Identify the risk associated with proposed changes. </li><li>Write and execute efficient test approaches that strike the right balance between effort and risk mitigation. </li><li>Be able to explain the common features and configuration options of our applications to internal and external partners. </li><li>Develop expert-level specialization in at least one area of Prancer or other 4G applications. </li><li>Solve high complexity issues and questions independently. Partner with Technical Services teams to solve the most challenging issues. Describe technical solutions in a way that clients can understand. </li><li>Document investigation steps and technical configurations. </li><li>Execute other tasks including data changes, operational monitoring, validation, and integrations setup & testing. </li><li>May serve as Customer Support point of escalation for any system or study issues when required. </li><li>Train others on processes, RTSM configurations, testing methodology, and troubleshooting. </li><li>Write and maintain articles on configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. </li></ul>
