This individual will focus on data analysis, coordination, and execution of supply feasibility assessments, volume and budget preparation, supporting the monthly plan cycle and cross-functional collaboration across internal and external manufacturing sites. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support supply planning across internal and external manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with Brand-focused supply chain teams. </li><li>Assist in feasibility analysis of supply plans across manufacturing sites and production lines to optimize capacity utilization. </li><li>Track and escalate capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and conflicts across Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Packaged Goods manufacturing. </li><li>Maintain visibility into network-wide supply risks and mitigation plans, providing data-driven insights to support contingency planning. </li><li>Contribute to the Budget Volume Ownership process by consolidating intercompany volume projections based on demand forecasts and inventory levels. </li><li>Pull and disseminate market supply position for CPSO weekly as needed or requested </li></ul> <p>Strategic Supply Planning & Integration</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Brand-focused supply chain teams to ensure alignment on supply priorities and execution strategies. </li><li>Support integration of site-specific constraints and capabilities into global supply planning efforts. </li><li>Act as a key liaison between manufacturing sites and supply chain leadership, providing consolidated updates on execution progress. </li><li>Monthly Plan Cycle & Global Supply Review (GSR) Support </li><li>Coordinate and Prepare Volume, P1-3, Budget decks </li><li>Coordinate the Monthly Plan Cycle, Prepare the Global Supply Review (GSR), including data consolidation, report generation, and executive summary creation. Support with the taking of minutes and management of the meeting series </li><li>Gather key supply performance metrics and trade-off scenarios to support fact-based decision-making. </li><li>Develop dashboards and reports to track network supply performance, ensuring real-time visibility into execution challenges. </li><li>Ensure timely updates and alignment across cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance. </li></ul> <p>Digital Acumen, Analytics, and Learning</p> <ul> <li>Leverages visualization and data contextualization tools including BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), integrated APS capabilities, and BMS platforms to monitor KPIs, perform root cause analysis, review best action analysis and provide data-driven decision support. </li><li>Contributes to process improvements through digitization and automation of planning workflows, supporting improved speed and accuracy. </li><li>Executes task-level work using available tools (e.g. WMS, SAP, Tableau, Riverlogic, Kinaxis), follows SOPs, fulfills orders, and maintains high level of performance across data and planning accuracy. </li><li>Demonstrates curiosity and adaptability in learning new digital tools and platforms (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, forecasting systems), quickly integrating them into daily operations. </li><li>Strong Planning and financial acumen with understanding of ERP transaction codes, planning/operational software, physical and transactional flows, etc. </li><li>Familiarity with AI and ML systems features including performance & expectation management, optimization, etc. </li></ul> <p>Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with key internal stakeholders (Manufacturing, Quality, External Manufacturing, Finance) to support supply chain priorities. </li><li>Facilitate cross-functional meetings and follow-up on key action items to drive execution progress. </li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning and network optimization, leveraging best practices and industry benchmarks. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Experience</p> <ul> <li>BS or BA in supply chain management, science and/or engineering (biotechnology, engineering or related sciences). </li><li>APICS or related professional qualification preferred. </li><li>3-5 years of experience in supply planning, manufacturing, or supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. </li><li>Strong knowledge of supply planning processes, capacity management, and network supply planning </li><li>Experience working within internal and external manufacturing networks, including CMOs </li><li>Proficiency in SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, or other advanced supply planning tools preferred </li><li>Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills (preparation and delivery) </li><li>Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to translate supply data into meaningful insights and recommendations. </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across cross-functional teams. </li><li>Strong project management and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset to identify risks and drive mitigations. </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization, managing priorities across multiple stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>GPS_2025</p> <p>If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn't perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
