Research area is open, but preference will be given to applicants pursuing research in adult psychopathology or adult evidence-based therapy (broadly defined). We encourage applicants with research areas that complement current departmental interests (e.g., suicide and non-suicidal self-injury, sexual violence prevention, trauma-related psychopathology, processes such as emotion regulation, severe and persistent mental illness, autism, ADHD, substance use disorders, eating disorders) as well as those that extend existing areas of expertise. We hope to receive applications from a broad and diverse pool of candidates.</p> <p>Position responsibilities include graduate and undergraduate teaching, including practicum supervision (2:2 load for research-active faculty), career advising, research supervision of graduate students (graduate student mentorship), and the development of a productive research program. Prior to attaining tenure, and upon completion of licensing requirements, candidates must obtain licensure as a psychologist in Wyoming (https://psychology.wyo.gov/professionals/forms).
