Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>This role is responsible for maximizing the value for a product.</p> </li><li> <p>Key responsibilities include defining the vision and roadmap for the product, defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and the development team.</p> </li><li> <p>This role works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile model, to ensure there is alignment.</p> </li><li> <p>They are developing in the role of a Product Owner/ Business Analyst, possessing a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain.</p> </li></ul> <p>This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week onsite in Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, Plano TX, Addison TX or Dallas TX</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum 5 years of work experience</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner</p> </li><li> <p>Domain Knowledge Payments Banking Merchant Acquiring</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Good communication skills Verbal and Written Preferred Qualifications</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to learn quickly and adapt to team environment</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodology and understanding of various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
