In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to design, plan, and oversee various land development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the preparation of site development plans, including grading, drainage, and utility design. </li><li>Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data for project planning. </li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met. </li><li>Prepare engineering reports, specifications, and cost estimates. </li><li>Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings and plans. </li><li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. </li><li>Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed. </li><li>Perform field inspections and assist with construction oversight. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Associates degree in Civil Engineering or related field. </li><li>Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other engineering tools. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment. </li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy. </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $24.03 - $28.84/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
