Conduct routine audits, inspections, and risk assessments.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver and coordinate required EHS training.</p> </li><li> <p>Safety & Health Programs</p> </li><li> <p>Integrate MSHA compliance requirements into daily operations and maintain required records.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead site safety inspections, workplace examinations, and hazard identification processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee industrial hygiene monitoring (silica, noise, chemical exposures).</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the site EHS Committee and support employee engagement initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage injury reporting, workers' compensation coordination, and regulatory submissions.</p> </li><li> <p>Support emergency response planning and on-site incident management.</p> </li><li> <p>EHS Systems & Continuous Improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Implement and maintain EHS management systems including training compliance, recordkeeping, contractor safety, management of change, and corrective action tracking.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize EHS data analytics to identify trends and drive risk reduction strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Promote company Standards of Conduct, Stop Work Authority, and Core Values integration.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with corporate EHS, insurance representatives, and regulatory agencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Additional Duties and tasks as assigned</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 5 years of EHS program management experience in manufacturing and/or surface mining.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing both environmental and safety compliance programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong working knowledge of MSHA regulations; OSHA knowledge as applicable.</p> </li><li> <p>CSP or CMSP certification, or ability to obtain within two (2) years.</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience leading MSHA inspections and EPA permitting at the site level.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong regulatory interpretation and compliance management capability.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective incident investigation and root cause analysis skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Industrial hygiene monitoring experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and data management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as business needs require.</p> </li></ul>
