<p>Linde Inc.</p> <p>Social Media & Marketing Communications Intern</p> <p>Danbury, CT, United States | req29530</p> <p>What you will enjoy doing*</p> <ul> <li>This role requires you to work on-site at our Danbury, CT HQ for 15-25 hours/wk for 8 weeks </li><li>In this role you will support Linde's executive social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms </li><li>Draft, edit, and refine posts, articles, and thought leadership content aligned with Linde's voice and company messaging </li><li>Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing communications that align executive messaging with broader brand campaigns </li><li>Partner with relevant teams, including Communications, to ensure consistency across social media, internal communications, and external campaigns </li><li>Research industry trends, leadership topics, and competitive positioning to inform content strategy </li><li>Help manage a content calendar that integrates Linde's executive communications with marketing initiatives and key business priorities </li><li>Support development of messaging for campaigns, announcements, employee communications, and speaking engagements </li><li>Monitor engagement and performance metrics, providing insights to optimize both social media and marketing communications efforts </li><li>Identify opportunities to elevate Linde's executive voice in support of brand awareness, employer branding, and thought leadership </li></ul> <p>What makes you great</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field </li><li>Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; Experience drafting professional or thought leadership content preferred </li><li>Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive or high-visibility content with discretion </li><li>Familiarity with LinkedIn and executive social media best practices </li><li>Strong research and analytical skills; an understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking is preferred </li><li>Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) preferred </li><li>Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities </li></ul> <p>Why you will love working with us</p> <p>Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
