<p>The Guild utilizes the collaborative efforts of leading professionals, best-practice approaches and unmatched care to treat the individuals we serve.</p> <p>Mission: The mission of The Guild for Human Services is to educate, encourage and empower individuals with intellectual disabilities so they may achieve their full potential to lead high-quality lives and participate meaningfully in the community.</p> <p>At The Guild you can join a workforce of creative, dedicated, and passionate employees working every day to enhance the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities and other challenges.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for providing clinical support services to individuals served by the Guild Adult Residential Program</p> <p>Major Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct individual assessments needed to develop meaningful treatment strategies. </li><li>Develop support strategies based on evidence-based practices in Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA.) </li><li>Analyze data to monitor progress and make any needed revisions to existing strategies. </li><li>Provide training and modeling of PBS and behavior plan implementation for all residential staff. </li><li>Provide training to day program transportation providers as directed by supervisor. </li><li>Monitor PBS and behavior support plan implementation using direct observation and feedback. </li><li>Coordinate on-site psychiatric review process in conjunction with Director of Health Services and residential managers. </li><li>Active member of The Guild's Adult Services PBS Leadership Team </li><li>Participate in program wide initiatives and meetings. </li><li>Provide clinical reports as requested/required. </li><li>Communicate with Community Based Health Providers as needed. </li><li>Participate in intakes of new referrals to The Guild. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li>Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job including inclement weather. </li><li>Demonstrated evidence of mature judgment, good interpersonal skills, a desire to enrich individuals' lives and a willingness to learn. </li><li>Physical and mental capacity to work in stressful situations and de-escalate individuals who have limited cognition and complex needs. </li><li>Must be able to organize, plan, and prioritize activities with specific attention to higher level strategies while ensuring that details are also effectively addressed. </li><li>Proficiency in written and spoken English is an essential function of the job. </li><li>Pass Guild Driving test to access Guild vehicles for transportation of individuals. </li><li>Must be able to implement crisis intervention techniques as necessary, including Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (via certification through CPI) </li></ul> <p>Master' s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Counseling and at least four years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral or mental health needs.</p> <ul> <li>BCBA or LMHC, preferred or license eligible </li><li>Knowledge of Massachusetts regulatory standards is required with preferred experience in regulatory compliance with standards from Department of Developmental Services (DDS) </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Undergo a background record check </li></ul>
