<p>Job Title: Fulfillment Coordinator</p> <p>Department: Supply Chain</p> <p>Reports to: Supervisor</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for preparing or staging items for delivery as well as dealing with incoming shipments. </li><li>Ensure compliance with and maintain all GMP, PPE, Safety, SQF, HACCP and Sanitation guidelines and processes. </li><li>Process orders based on data compiled from ERP systems, orders, and data provided from Managers. </li><li>Work with consistent speed and accuracy, ensuring that production requirements and standards are met. </li><li>Assist with additional warehouse duties to include, but not limited to organization, cleaning, pallet movements using a pallet jack or other heavy equipment. </li><li>Verify data for accuracy, errors and thoroughness as needed in production logs and documents. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:</p> <ul> <li>The ability to remain efficient in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong teamwork. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs and computer systems. </li><li>Basic math skills. </li><li>Strong communication skills and an ability to follow written and verbal instructions. </li><li>Reliable and punctual for assigned shift or task. </li><li>One year of relevant experience in a production environment. </li><li>The ability to be Forklift Certified by a Thrive Freeze Dry employee. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Must be able to perform the following functions with or without accommodations:</p> <ul> <li>Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and frequent fine finger dexterity. </li><li>40% or more sitting, 40% or more walking, and 20% or more standing. </li><li>The job is performed under significant temperature variations and in a food manufacturing production environment. </li><li>Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees. The ability to lift to 50 lbs. and assist in lifting up to 150 lbs. is required. </li></ul>
