You can influence where medicine is going by restoring health to millions of people living with immune diseases.</p> <p>Join us in developing treatments, finding cures, and pioneering the path from lab to life while championing patients every step of the way.</p> <p>Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine</p> <p>The Product Director, Medical Education is a core member of the brand team accountable for developing and executing the medical education strategies critical for the acceleration of TREMFYA(R) in Plaque Psoriasis (PsO) and shaping a cross-category cohesive approach.</p> <p>This position reports to the Group Product Director, Medical Education & Market Development, TREMFYA(R).</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the design of the medical education plan for Dermatology in the acceleration of TREMFYA(R) in Dermatology, including congress, Ad Board, sponsorships, key events, and cross-functional support needs</p> </li><li> <p>Drive innovative solutions around delivering medical education in a way that meets evolving customer needs and demands for information</p> </li><li> <p>Develop the prioritized approach towards conferences support, and lead the cross-functional teams to execute consistently across key events</p> </li><li> <p>Partner closely with the DOME directors on strategy and the Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) team to maximize their impact across executional excellence, resource development, and skill-building</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the alignment and integration with the field teams, including coordination with the TLLs, supporting all critical needs in delivering best-in-class medical education programming and a unique and compelling customer experience at key events</p> </li><li> <p>Actively participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners as it relates to launch strategy & tactical implementation, including but not limited to, Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, Insights, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage associated AOR and agency partners, ensuring shared accountability to the brand strategy, rigor in marketing excellence, and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.</p> </li></ul> <p>This is not an exhaustive, comprehensive listing of job functions.
