<p>$10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced EEG techs!</p> <p>Full Time EEG Tech opportunity - Day 10 schedule</p> <p>8:00am-6:30pm / option for three 12 hour shifts and 4 hours every other weekend</p> <p>Pay Range: 22.00 to 31.78 based on years of experience.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>Performs electroencephalography (EEG) brainwave testing that helps a Neurologist establish a diagnosis and treatment plan for the patient.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Performs on-site EEG and ambulatory EEG testing of patients ranging in age from neonate, infant, pediatric, to adult utilizing the 10-20 method of electrode placement Other tests offered may include evoked potential and EMG</p> </li><li> <p>Downloads and transfers data from ambulatory EEG tests</p> </li><li> <p>Communicates effectively with the ordering and interpreting Neurologists</p> </li><li> <p>Orders and maintains supplies related to EEG testing</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains a database of patients served by the EEG department</p> </li><li> <p>Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position; including compliance with quality and safety practices</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol> <p>Other information:</p> <p>Required: High school diploma; Previous experience in a health care environment; previous experience with EEG.</p> <p>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification</p> <p>Desired: Registered EEG technician</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>Essential:</p> <ul> <li>HS Graduate or Equivalent </li></ul> <p>EOE, including disability/vets.</p> <p>We will endeavor to make a reasonable accommodation to the known physical or mental limitations of a qualified applicant with a disability unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship on the operation of our business.
