The MLS I performs a variety of routine sample preparation, inventory, administrative tasks, and the performance, evaluation, and correlation of test procedures in accordance with written policies and procedures. The MLS I communicates information to the appropriate authorized personnel.</p> <p>Medical Laboratory Scientist I (MLS I) Position Requirements</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, or biological field of study from an accredited institution. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Entry Level </li></ul> <p>Medical Laboratory Scientist I (MLS I) Work Schedule</p> <ul> <li>The Laboratory is staffed seven days a week, twenty-four hours per day. </li><li>Personnel may be assigned to work mostly one shift or may have a rotational schedule consisting of duty on day, evening and night shifts.
