<p>Job Details</p> <p>Level: Experienced</p> <p>Job Location: Nebraska-Corporate Main - OMAHA, NE</p> <p>Position Type: Full Time</p> <p>Education Level: High School</p> <p>Salary Range: $42000.00 - $140000.00 Base+Commission/year</p> <p>Job Category: Sales</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Ventura MedStaff is seeking Therapy Recruiter/Client Manager to join our team!</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>As a Therapy Recruiter/Client Manager with Ventura MedStaff, you will be responsible for both the recruitment and client management for our Therapy team.</p> <p>As a Therapy Recruiter you will be prospecting & developing quality healthcare professionals for our client facilities.</p> <p>As a Client Manager you will be the lead point of contact and oversee a portfolio of assigned clients/accounts, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities for travelers.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain long lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and clients' accounts. </li><li>Responsible for the recruitment cycle and management of healthcare professional; sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, housing, assignment and travel. </li><li>Prospects and makes initial calls/contacts with potential and existing clients to learn about their needs and provide information on Ventura's services and how we can support their needs. </li><li>Negotiate bill rates and presentation of fee schedules for services. </li><li>Gate keeper of all healthcare travelers' submission to ensure each candidate meets client expectations and increases probability of placements. </li><li>Plays a fundamental role in setting up new businesses, responsible for the effective boarding of new clients. </li><li>Ability to solve problems when issues arise. </li><li>Have effective communication with internal and external teams. </li><li>Meet personal and team sales targets. </li><li>Attend and participate in meetings and events that occur. </li><li>Be the ambassador of the company, by providing a positive and professional manner to our travelers and clients. </li><li>Performs other related duties, as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the daily workflow and assignments of their traveling employees. </li><li>Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. </li><li>Manage traveling employees time and attendance. </li><li>Handles discipline and termination, in accordance with company policy. </li></ul> <p>Other Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
