<p>This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.</p> <p>The Associate Director of Supply Chain, Logistics & Operations Management leads end-to-end supply chain execution, logistics strategy, and operational performance management to ensure reliable product availability, cost efficiency, and strong service levels. This role owns key logistics operations (inbound/outbound supply transactions, warehousing, distribution), drives continuous improvement, and partners cross-functionally with Configuration Management, Forecasting, Service Delivery, and Business Management to deliver operational and financial outcomes.</p> <p>Job Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <p>Supply Chain, Logistics & Operations Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Lead logistics and operations strategy across transportation, warehousing, distribution, and execution processes to meet service, cost, and quality targets. </li><li>Build and manage operating rhythms (daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews, exception management, escalation paths). </li><li>Translate business goals into actionable supply chain and operations programs, implementation roadmaps, and execution plans. </li><li>Establish operational governance, including KPI definitions, dashboards, standard reporting, and leadership targets </li></ul> <p>Operations Management (Added)</p> <ul> <li>Own day-to-day operational performance for IT supply chain and logistics activities, ensuring consistent execution against SLAs and business priorities. </li><li>Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), controls, and workflows across teams and vendors. </li><li>Lead incident/issue management for supply and logistics constraints (e.g., shortages, delays, damaged goods), including root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). </li><li>Coordinate cross-functional execution for launches, migrations, refresh cycles, and surge events; ensure readiness plans and runbooks are in place. </li><li>Drive operational compliance (audit readiness, asset handling requirements, security practices, chain-of-custody as applicable). </li></ul> <p>Transportation & Distribution Management</p> <ul> <li>Oversee inbound and outbound supply transactions to meet business goals efficiently. </li><li>Establish and monitor OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance and delivery lead times. </li><li>Develop contingency plans for disruptions (capacity constraints, weather events, port delays). </li></ul> <p>Warehouse / 3PL Operations</p> <ul> <li>Manage warehouse network performance, including receiving, storage, picking/packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy. </li><li>Own 3PL selection, onboarding, governance, and performance management (SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, QBRs). </li><li>Drive safety, compliance, and operational best practices across sites. </li></ul> <p>Inventory & Service Level Optimization</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Planning to align inventory targets (safety stock, reorder points) with service level commitments. </li><li>Reduce shrink, obsolescence, and excess/aged inventory through root-cause analysis and corrective actions. </li><li>Improve forecast-to-fulfillment performance through stronger controls and data-driven decisions. </li></ul> <p>Process Improvement & Systems</p> <ul> <li>Lead Lean/Six Sigma-style continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost-to-serve and cycle times. </li><li>Enhance visibility and execution through WMS/TMS/ERP improvements, reporting automation, and master data governance. </li><li>Implement standard operating procedures and training to ensure consistent execution. </li></ul> <p>Financial & Vendor Management</p> <ul> <li>Own logistics forecasting; identify and deliver savings initiatives and productivity gains. </li><li>Track and report cost savings initiatives and revenue generation. </li></ul> <p>People Management</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a team of logistics/supply chain/operations professionals; set clear goals and performance expectations. </li><li>Create scalable org structures and succession plans to support growth. </li></ul> <p>Required Clearance:</p> <p>TS/SCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (any field) plus 3+ years of experience in Operations, Process Improvement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Asset Management; or </li><li>Associate's degree plus 5+ years of experience in Operations, Process Improvement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Asset Management; or </li><li>High school diploma/GED plus 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Process Improvement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Asset Management. </li><li>Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, distribution network design/operations, and customer service. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable operational and financial results. </li><li>Strong IMS and database management skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience / Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>Multi-site distribution operations and network optimization. </li><li>IC Client policy and regulations. </li><li>IC Community managed service contracts. </li><li>ServiceNow. </li></ul> <p>Core Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline </li><li>Data-driven decision-making and KPI management </li><li>Stakeholder management and communication </li><li>Continuous improvement mindset </li><li>Change leadership and team development </li></ul> <p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</p> <ul> <li>SLA achievement </li><li>Organizational clarity </li><li>Technical competence </li><li>Inventory accuracy;
