The hours of operations are typically, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position has some work from home flexibility, with the ability to work 1 day a week from home after 6 months of continuous employment.? ?Our ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</p> <p>Position Description: You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling phone and email inquiries, processing service requests, and supporting digital banking users. You'll also assist with payment processing, account maintenance, and administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Assist callers with routine inquiries and requests. </li><li>Ensures that existing and potential customers receive prompt, courteous service. </li></ul> <p>Customer Success</p> <ul> <li>Takes ownership of customer inquiries and addresses them promptly. Serves as the first point of contact for new prospects matching them with the right team members. </li></ul> <p>Accounting</p> <ul> <li>Process incoming phone payments. Process FastCash requests. Complete noncash forms as needed for internal adjustments and transfers to Finance. </li></ul> <p>Administrative Duties</p> <ul> <li>Completes administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of the association. Provides payoff quotes to customers as needed. Supports online inquiries and provide customer support for Digital Banking users. Performs system maintenance as needed. </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <p>Customer service experience preferred or training/experience in the banking or finance industry.</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>Generally, 2-5+ years of customer service or call center experience. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills. </li><li>Moderate to thorough knowledge of computer software applications and proven self-starter. </li><li>Ability to answer routine customer questions and concerns independently. </li><li>General knowledge of clerical and administrative duties to support branch operations. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects/assignments. </li><li>Ability to initiate, organize and prioritize work and maintain confidentiality. </li><li>Possess strong problem-solving skills. </li><li>Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance is required. </li><li>Ability to work branch hours of operation (typically Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) </li><li>Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment. </li><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. </li></ul> <p>Who are we?</p> <p>Horizon Farm Credit is an expert in agriculture, with over 100 years of serving rural America.
