<p>Job#: 3025085</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator</p> <p>Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (flex as needed)</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are looking for a reliable Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and product flow. This role requires strong receiving experience, comfort handling RMAs, and the ability to work with invoices and inventory systems. You should be organized, able to lift heavy items, and not afraid of the occasional warehouse critter (yes-spiders included).</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy </li><li>Process RMAs (returns/returned merchandise) </li><li>Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation </li><li>Match invoices and assist with basic inventory-related paperwork </li><li>Stage materials for production or outbound shipments </li><li>Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe </li><li>Lift, move, and handle heavy materials as needed </li><li>Support general warehouse tasks and team needs </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Strong receiving experience </li><li>Inventory experience is a must </li><li>RMA/returns experience preferred </li><li>Ability to lift heavy items regularly </li><li>Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (including spiders) </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization </li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite Monday-Friday </li></ul> <p>Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
