Everyone's happy, because they have the right tools to stay compliant and new ways to create value.</p> <p>The work:</p> <ul> <li>Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies for top-tier financial services organizations and across other key industries </li><li>Support and share knowledge with project teams and use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and process first </li><li>Manage project teams, deliverables and budgets across workflows </li><li>Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships </li><li>Show clients where and how to benefit from a more flexible workforce </li><li>Use design-led thinking to improve customer experience </li><li>Help grow the practice by championing Accenture initiatives and products </li><li>Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect our clients' businesses - and ours </li></ul> <p>Travel:</p> <p>As needed per client requirements</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li>7 years' experience in risk, regulatory, compliance and attestation consulting at a competitive firm in a similar oversight role. </li><li>5 years' experience in Non-Financial Risks including Technology, Third Party, Resiliency, Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk </li><li>Experience developing and advising on risk operating models, data strategy, business and IT risk frameworks and compliance standards </li><li>Experience with IT and business industry-specific regulations and the mapping of those across the regulation, policy, risk, control and issue spectrum </li><li>Experience integrating with Cybersecurity teams; mainly engaging at a broader risk lens </li><li>Knowledge of key operational risk processes and corresponding automation including Integrated Risk and Business Intelligence platforms </li><li>Significant experience in originating and seeing opportunities through the sales cycle; along with working side-by-side with account leadership providing direction and advisement </li><li>Experience leading large engagement teams and people development </li><li>Bachelor's degree </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
