Position Assistant Men's Soccer Location Main Campus Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time Description</p> <p>Department Athletics</p> <p>Building/Location Maxwell Center - Main Campus</p> <p>Supervisor Head Soccer Coach(es)</p> <p>Months Per Year 12</p> <p>Hours Per Week 20</p> <p>Benefits Stipend</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The Assistant Mens Soccer Coach will report to the Head Soccer Coach (es) and will help</p> <p>oversee all aspects of operating a successful Intercollegiate Men's Soccer program.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Any one position may not include all of the listed duties, nor</p> <p>do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions within this</p> <p>classification)</p> <p>Student-Athlete Skill Instruction:</p> <p>Assist the Head Coach to teach all basic and advanced skills required in the sport of Soccer</p> <p>during individual skill sessions, team practices, as well as the strength and conditioning</p> <p>sessions.</p> <p>Assist the Head Coach to develop and implement of sound and safe practice plans for both</p> <p>individual skill sessions and team practices that successfully prepare the student-athletes with</p> <p>the fundamentals in the sport of Soccer, as well as the strength and conditioning sessions.</p> <p>Team and Game Preparation:</p> <p>Assist the Head Coach to develop a comprehensive and strategic game plan for each</p> <p>scheduled contest throughout the season.
