This role requires a seasoned professional who can interface with internal and external stakeholders, manage cross functional teams, and ensure timely and high-quality project delivery aligned with business objectives.</p> <p>PROJECT MANAGEMENT</p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution and ongoing reporting </li><li>Stakeholder management: collaborate with internal and external resources to meet project goals and timelines </li><li>Understand financial market implications and work with internal partners on cross-business initiatives </li><li>Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple activities with competing deadlines and help management prioritize by knowing implications and dependencies of project actions </li><li>Ability to deal effectively with bank personnel, vendors, and other financial institutions </li><li>Own production of presentation material for internal stakeholders </li><li>Train users and evaluate project outcomes for continuous improvement </li><li>Manage and assess the performance of project teams through project governance, clear communication to stakeholders, including executive management </li></ul> <p>BUSINESS MANAGEMENT</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update policies and procedures </li><li>Conduct permission reviews and manage wholesale customer concerns </li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams </li><li>Assist the Head of Money Center with ad-hoc initiatives with an understanding of the most impactful projects to prioritize </li><li>Ability to work independently, own issues to resolution, and be self-motivated to achieve the best solutions for clients, internal and external </li></ul> <p>SALES SUPPORT</p> <ul> <li>Provide presentation and RFP support to Sales team members </li><li>Understand Salesforce activities and capabilities </li><li>Manage customer onboarding documentation </li><li>Maintain and develop marketing materials and go-to-market presentations for sales teams </li></ul> <p>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree or equivalent work experience </li><li>10+ years of project management </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of the assigned business line or functional area </li><li>Understanding of interest rate change implications on financial institutions </li><li>Proven leadership and team management capabilities </li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills </li><li>Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Suite, PowerBI, internal systems, if applicable) </li><li>Ability to analyze data and resolve exceptions effectively </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Demonstrate a strong sense of individual accountability and autonomy, action-oriented and pragmatic </li><li>Track record of project management in prior roles </li></ul> <p>The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.</p> <p>If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members' whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
