We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly - sometimes beyond our own expectations. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook items according to specification/recipe. Ensure that all dishes served meet the DO & CO standard. Lead by example, preparing and cooking dishes. Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple stations within the given time to meet strict deadlines. Maintain work areas clean and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preferably with large production volume. Certificate in culinary arts, or relevant field a plus. Knowledge of ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and cooking times. A fulltime cook who is energetic, hard-working, organized, and familiar with working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures. Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs. What We Offer: Pay rate: $19.75 hourly.
